Quick procedural test

Mauser C96 with Houdini

Mauser C96 made with Houdini and Substance Painter.
With this project I wanted to test out more the model features of Houdini and procedural tools.
It also shows some potential in doing more procedural workflows. Once the mid poly model is modelled it can go pretty quick to get high poly and lowpoly models.

Further this was a great way to experiment with edge damage/wear tools in Houdini. After a couple experiments I found a nice trick to add procedural damage to a model. Usually you would sculpt all this detail but with a tool you can automate some of this.
